The Town of Lochbuie is looking for food trucks to participate in the 2024 Lochbuie 50th Anniversary Fall Festival. Vendors will need to bring their own tables, chairs, and tents, if desired. The Town of Lochbuie cannot provide electricity any vendor. Vendors may begin setting up at 1:00 PM on Saturday, September 21st. Vendors should be set up and ready to go by 3:30 PM, and remain open until 8:30 PM. Vendors will not have access to the street to leave the event between 3:30 PM - 8:30 PM.
To serve food, you will need to provide your Health Department paperwork. Food Vendor forms, along with payment, must be returned to Lochbuie Town Hall no later than 7/11/24.
Vendors will be notified the day of the event of booth location. Payment can be made with cash, check, or credit card. Please make checks payable to Town of Lochbuie.
