The Town of Lochbuie is looking for food trucks to participate in the 2023 Fall Festival event. Vendors will need to bring their own tables, chairs, and tents to set up their 10x10 space. The Town of Lochbuie cannot provide electricity any vendor. Vendors may begin setting up at 1:00 PM on Saturday, September 16th. Vendors should be set up and ready to go by 3:30 PM, and remain open until 8:30 PM. Vendors will not have vehicle access to their booths between 3:30 PM - 8:30 PM.
To serve food, you will need to provide your Health Department paperwork. Food Vendor forms, along with payment,must be returned to Lochbuie Town Hall no later than 8/17/2023.
Vendors will be notified on the day of the event of booth location. Payment can be made with cash, check, or credit card. Please make checks payable to Town of Lochbuie.
