The Town of Lochbuie is looking for vendors to participate in the 2023 Fall Festival event. Vendors will need to bring their own tables, chairs, tents, and tent weights to set up in their 10x10 space. The Town of Lochbuie cannot provide electricity to any vendor. Vendors may begin setting up at 1:30pm on Saturday, September 16th. Vendor booths should be set up and ready to go by 3:30 pm and remain open until 8:30 pm. Vendors will not have vehicle access to their booths between 3:30 PM - 8:30 PM. If you are serving food, please fill out the Food Vendor Application form. Vendors will be notified upon arrival to the event regarding booth location.
Payment can be made with cash, check or credit card. Please make checks payable to the Town of Lochbuie. To pay via credit card, please call Town Hall at 303-655-9308 and we can take your payment over the phone. Please submit your payment by 8/17/2023.
