Tumbleweeds have been blowing onto many people's property due to the strong winds we've had over the past few weeks. To help properly dispose of tumbleweeds
Lochbuie Residents can haul them over to the Wastewater Treatment Plant, 1749 Weld County Road 39, the same location as Clean Up Day.
Dates/Hours are subject to change and are weather dependent:
January 3rd | 8am – 4:30pm
January 4th | 8am – 4:30pm
January 5th | 8am – 4:30pm
January 7th | 8am – 12pm
Keep in mind the following:
- We will only be accepting tumbleweeds! No Christmas trees, yard debris, trash, etc
- Residents must provide proof of residency (driver’s license or Lochbuie utility bill)
- Residents must place the tumbleweeds in the dumpster
- Service animals are welcome, other pets must remain in the vehicle.
