Utility Services

The Town of Lochbuie provides water, sewer and trash services to all Lochbuie residents.

To request a change of name on your account or to add a new tenant, please fill out the Resident Contact Form below and email it to phernandez@lochbuie.org or utilities@lochbuie.org.

Customer Billing

Residential and commercial customers are billed for service monthly for water, sewer and trash use.

Payment is due on the 15^th of each month.  If the 15^th falls on a day outside of normal business hours, the due date is moved to the following business day. If an account is carrying an unpaid balance, current charges will be added to the unpaid amount. Accounts not paid on or before the due date will be deemed delinquent and charged a penalty. If payment is not received by the following shut off day (normally the first Wednesday of the month) by 7 a.m., water services will be disconnected and will not be restored until the account is paid in full.

Water billing is determined by consumption:

Level 1: <10,000 $4.99 per thousand gallons

Level 2: Additional usage over 10,000 $6.74 per thousand gallons

Level 3: Additional usage over 20,000 gallons $8.49 per thousand gallons

Sewer billing is determined by average monthly water consumption in January, February, and March. Each year the rates are re-calculated and effective April 1.  

Trash billing is determined quantity of trash cans.

Customer Payments

Customers may pay for services in one of the following manners:

On-line Bill Pay - One-time on-line payments can be made by visiting Xpress Bill Pay using Discover, Visa, MasterCard and electronic checks. No additional fees apply.

Auto Pay - Payments can be automatically deducted from your checking and savings account or charged to your credit card by enrolling in Auto Pay. Please visit Xpress Bill Pay. No additional fees apply

Mail - Customers may send check or money order payments by mail using the return envelope provided with their bill. If an envelope is not included with the bill, please remit payment to the following address: Town of Lochbuie, 703 Weld County Road 37, Lochbuie, CO 80603.

In Person - Payments can be made in person using cash, check or credit and debit cards at the Town Hall located at the address above.

Over the phone – Payment can be made over the phone by calling Xpress Bill Pay at 1-877-215-5341 (se habla espanol) or Town Hall at 303-655-9308.

Drop Box – A drop boxes with twenty-four (24) hour accessibility is available for your convenience at the Town Hall.
